How’ this for service? I live in Park City and waited until the last minute to get some snow tires put on my Tesla model S. Historically I have gone to Burt Bros., which was always good. Wife would need to meet me there with another car or you sit and wait.
WELL, EV AUTO REPAIR just raised the bar to a new high. To help save me time, Justin suggested he bring his trailer up and swap the tires while I was planning to do some shopping. Me: huh, you can do that? Justin: Of course I’ll have them swapped out in less than an hour. It happened exactly like that. He was waiting for me in the parking lot, put the new tires on while I was inside. He called me before I finished and let me know the car was all set and ready to go. I was absolutely blown away at the white glove service and a completely fair price. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

If you love the convenience of Tesla Mobile Support but want a more cost-effective alternative, I think that EV auto is a great option! All the communication was handled via text, which made getting a quote, aligning on a time for service and paying for the work extremely easy. I plan to use EV Auto again when I am looking for some mobile service for my Tesla Model 3.

I reached out to EV Auto as I heard about their new mobile service option to get my cabin air filters replaced. Justin responded quickly, and to my surprise was able to get my on the schedule within a day!! Once Justin came out to my place, he completed the service and even aired up my tires all within 10 minutes!! This same service would have taken a 2+ week wait with Tesla service, a 30 minute drive to the service center, and an hour wait at the service center. I will be using these guys for all my EV service needs moving forward!

UPDATE: The car I bought started squeaking the weekend I bought it. After getting it scheduled for service, they sent their mobile repair guy TO ME and took care of the issue. Taking care of a buyer after they leave the dealership is undoubtedly a step above. I will come back when I’m ready for my next EV!!
